Refund Policy

Pre-order pieces are final sale

Pre-orders are cut and made for you after the order is placed. Because nothing is produced in advance, all sales on pre-order pieces are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This does not affect your rights where a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered.

In-stock pieces

Pieces bought from stock may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

Write to perspectivepyra@gmail.com within those 14 days to start a return, quoting your order number, and we will confirm the return address.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the piece arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered — then we cover it.

Once the piece is back with us and checked, the order is refunded to the card or account you paid with. We do not issue store credit in place of a refund.

Faults and errors

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the piece you ordered, write to perspectivepyra@gmail.com with your order number and photographs and we will make it right.

Sizing

Hoodies fit one size small — order one size up. Tees fit true to size for a baggier fit; size down for a closer one. Garment measurements are published on each piece so you can compare against something you already own.
