Shipping policy

Pre-order lead times

Pieces marked pre-order are made after the order is placed. Production runs 30 to 90 days before the piece ships, and we write to you when it leaves the studio.

The lead time is stated on every pre-order piece before you buy. If a run is going to fall outside that window we will contact you rather than let the date pass quietly.

In-stock pieces

Pieces held in stock are dispatched from the United States within two to four days of the order being placed.

Shipping within the United States is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, and the exact cost is shown to you before you pay.

International

We ship outside the United States. Shipping on international orders is paid by the customer and is calculated at checkout.

Duties and import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
